The Vapor Vault Association Private Member Association Agreement
Overview: I do hereby apply to be a member of The Vapor Vault Association, a private association, hereafter termed The Vapor Vault. With my joining the association, I accept the offer made to become a member of The Vapor Vault and have read and agree with the following Declaration of Purpose.
Declaration of Purpose: The Vapor Vault is an assembly and established under the exclusive jurisdiction to lawful governance according to the principles of law stated in God’s Word, The Holy Bible as protected in the common law of England, The Magna Carta 1215 (The Great Charter), The Articles of Confederation, The Northwest Ordinance, and The Constitution for the united States including the first ten amendments and the united States Declaration of Independence 1776.
The Vapor Vault founders, Officers, and its members (including mom and dad) can freely share, discuss, and exchange information and assistance by members of The Vapor Vault while keeping all business within the private domain.
In order to protect all members of the PMA from any adverse action by any local, municipal, county, state or federal administrative or regulatory agency, BAR Association or any statutory court in exchange for the benefits offered by the PMA, all members agree and consent to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
Every member who joins the PMA as a real, breathing, flesh and blood, living sentient man or woman in their natural and highest character, capacity, standing and status; fully equal to all other men or women members.
Predicated on the above and in order to protect each members’ privacy and prevent the unconstitutional and unwarranted application of any public policy or public law to the PMA, each member takes upon themselves the responsibility for their own education, learning, and knowledge of law and in so doing consents to do due diligence regarding anything offered to them by any PMA member and to make fully informed decisions on matters of law or procedure that the members individually or collectively think best for complying with applicable law and living a healthy productive life in order to attain, restore and maintain optimum physical, mental and spiritual wellness and protect private property.
Please read this agreement carefully and completely and make sure that you fully comprehend and agree with it. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of the PMA agreement you are not authorized to conduct any activity with the PMA or through the PMA with any PMA member.
I agree that I am joining The Vapor Vault and that it is a Private Member Association.
I agree to keep details of the association, including any materials produced by same, or other member’s details, private, and will not share such details with anyone outside the association without explicit written permission from the founders or that member.
I comprehend that any content, or other materials or assistance I may receive as a member of this association are intended to improve or enhance one’s natural state of being and agree to take final responsibility for any use of same.
I comprehend that no part of The Vapor Vault’s content (product, video, audio, or written) may be reproduced in any form or by any electronic or mechanical means, including information storage and retrieval systems, without permission in writing from a founder. All rights reserved.
I comprehend that as a member of this PMA, I am invoking my constitutional protections, specifically the First, Fourth, Fifth, Ninth, and Tenth Amendments and as such take full responsibility for my own behavior, such that my actions shall never constitute anything that can be determined to be of a “clear and present danger of a substantial evil.”
I agree that any disputes I have will be brought to the attention of the founders in a timely manner so that it can be resolved in-house, and that as a PMA, we are not subject to litigation.
I also comprehend that if my actions are not consistent with the values of the association, I may be removed from the association, and I would no longer be a member in good standing.
I have read and comprehended this agreement completely.
*The Vapor Vault reserves the right to accept/reject any membership or request additional verification documentation.
2. OUR SERVICES
The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations.
The Services are not tailored to comply with industry-specific regulations (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA), etc.), so if your interactions would be subjected to such laws, you may not use the Services. If the Parties are unable to resolve a Dispute through informal negotiations, the Dispute will be finally and exclusively resolved by binding arbitration.
If for any reason a Dispute proceeds in court rather than arbitration, the Dispute shall be commenced or prosecuted in the state and federal courts located in Arizona.

The Parties agree that any arbitration shall be limited to the Dispute between the Parties individually.
